How paid plans work

Basic and Advanced are available as recurring monthly subscriptions or one-time 30-day access passes. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; 30-day access passes are charged once and do not renew. The purchase price and terms shown at checkout govern that transaction.

Cancel a monthly subscription

If you chose a monthly subscription, you can request cancellation at any time through your subscription account or billing control. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves access available through the end of the period already paid for. A 30-day access pass does not renew, so it does not require cancellation. Payment support is handled under the separate Refunds policy.

Payment support

If you cannot use the service, were charged more than once, believe a payment was unauthorized, or have another exceptional payment problem, contact the published support address from the account email for manual review. This applies to monthly subscriptions and 30-day access passes. Include the payment date, plan name, amount, and a short explanation so support can locate the transaction.

Prices and payment

Prices on this page are in Hong Kong dollars. Applicable taxes, card-network charges, or regional price adjustments will be shown before payment where they apply. Yanko only collects a subscription payment when a checkout flow is visibly presented and the customer confirms the purchase. Yanko does not ask for card details by email.
